  • Personalised products are customised as per the details provided by the customer. Please ensure all spelling, names, and other details are correct, as changes cannot be made once the order is confirmed.

  • Actual product colours may slightly vary due to photography lighting or screen settings.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can only be processed once full payment is received.

  • We accept secure online payments via multiple trusted payment gateways.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Giftocreation is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed.

  • Non-personalised products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with proof (photos/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, content, and logos on our website are the property of Giftocreation and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
