Return Policy

1. Personalised Product Policy

  • All personalised and customised products are made specifically for you; hence, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of:

    • Defective product

    • Product damaged during transit

    • Wrong product delivered

2. Non-Personalised Products

  • Non-personalised products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:

    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

    • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

3. Reporting Damages or Wrong Product

  • In case of damage, defect, or wrong product:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

    • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Non-personalised product orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
