Return Policy
1. Personalised Product Policy
All personalised and customised products are made specifically for you; hence, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of:
Defective product
Product damaged during transit
Wrong product delivered
2. Non-Personalised Products
Non-personalised products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
3. Reporting Damages or Wrong Product
In case of damage, defect, or wrong product:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled once placed.
Non-personalised product orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
